The foundation of my shop is craftsmanship and precision. After many years in the business, I continue to make a concerted effort to develop the exacting hand skills and unique tools essential for this craft. I love what I do and learn something new every day. Major clarinet players and their students are my customers.
Years of work at the manufacturing level and a wealth of bench experience have enabled me to handle literally thousands of clarinets. I know the instrument's mechanical and acoustical properties from a practical as well as artistic point of view, and translate that knowledge into an instrument that just feels "right" when it comes from my shop.
